This week’s homecoming festivities bring extra meaning to Woodside High School’s 20th year of education/celebration. It was a real tough game Friday night since Phoebus is a great team, but there were some details in this game that gave the Wolverines an advantage. The Woodside Wolverines gave its homecoming fans a treat as the Wolverines continued their winning streak by rolling up 15 points of offense while their stingy defense gave up no points as they defeated Phoebus 15-0, a shutout victory Friday evening at Todd Stadium. This 20th anniversary homecoming win was a result of a great team effort. The Wolverines move to 7-2 on the season.
