The 757 All Star Football Classic is greater than a game on a Saturday afternoon December 21, 2019. It is a year-round celebration of high school excellence on and off the playing field in the Hampton Roads area.
More than 100 players representing Hampton Roads the surrounding cities are chosen to showcase the area’s top football talent in the Hampton Roads for the 757 all-star football game. Players are nominated by their varsity coaches and selected by an all-star selection committee. The game features athletes committed to play for some of the top universities in the country, as well as players looking for an additional chance to impress college recruiters with potential scholarships to offer before National Signing Day. The game provides an opportunity to pool Hampton Roads talent which in turn, allows college scouts to effectively recruit high school seniors in our regionally secluded area. This is a venue that recognizes students that are athletes as well as academic achievers and future community leaders. Congressman Bobby Scott, Mayor McKinley Price, DDS, Executive Chairman John Lawson of W.M. Jordan Company, and Virginia Beach Councilman Aaron Rouse were honorary captains for the 757 AGG All-Star Football Classic.
