With less than four weeks until the Hampton Roads open up the 2020 baseball season. I-64 Sports held their inaugural 757 High School Baseball preseason media day at Norfolk Baseball Academy in Norfolk Virginia. I-64 Sports’s Media Day 2020 aims to highlight talented high school baseball programs in the Hampton Roads area. Programs were allowed to bring full coaching staffs and several athletes. The event serves as an opportunity for coaches and athletes to interact with local media outlets and brand partners in a setting similar to college athletic media days. The event was designed to recognize area media representatives for their efforts in promoting the area High school baseball teams and their serving in the community. Player are excited to step out on the field and do something that they all love. They seem pretty confident and ready to see how they stack up against other teams. They have been playing against each other all Summer and Autumn for players to be ready for the new competition in the area. Coach Johnson spoke with Jamaar Hawkins, I-64 Sports founder about his future vision for Hampton Roads sports.
