Tiarra Johnson (cofounder of spotlighthigh.com) ended her high school season with a lost to Dalianna Vaysman (Grassfield H.S.)“I played with passion, persistence and enthusiasm, and understand that leads are fragile and deficits are temporary,” Tiarra Johnsonstated. “Competing at a high school conference tournament level is one of the most learning you can do as an tennis athlete, how you find out your strengths and weaknesses under pressure; it’s how you improve is the bottom line.” The Grassfield H.S. girls tennis team picked up a 4-0 win to advance to the tournament semifinals.
