The 7-on-7 is becoming the major off-season activity for just about every high school football team. It’s one of the favorite methods of evaluation and chemistry building during the Spring for the Hampton Roads area high school football teams. Some NFL teams use 7-on-7 to simulate passing drills as part of their off season training regimens.  There isn’t a better way to work on in-game scenarios than playing 7-on-7 for a high school skill position player. Varsity high school football teams strive for excellence and 7-on-7 is one of the few platforms where teams can test their athletes’ skills against some of the best players in the Hampton Roads area. That’s not only going to help athletes learn what they need to work on to get better, but it should also push them to work harder to reach college level performance.
