The Hampton Roads athletes did their best to make a push for the Penn Relays Carnival, but heading home with a silver medal is the next best thing. Grssfield High School Senior Grant Holloway finished in second place in the Long Jump Saturday. Not his personal-best, 24 feet 9.75 inches. Competing at the Penn Relays is extremely tough. Some of the performances we saw the last couple of days were just unbelievable. A lot of the events were like being at an international meet with 62 countries competing at the 2016 Penn Relays Carnival.
