Great day for the Rams. The Bay Rivers district opens up it’s regular season with high hopes and plenty of returning athletes striving to make it to the 2016 state meet this year. Tyler Michael of Lafayette began his night with scoring his team’s first 10 points in the boys high jump. Michael cleared 6’09” and placed first in the Boys 55 Meter Hurdles with the time of 7.83. Lafayette boys won the meet with the score of 120 and the girls as well with 133 points for the evening.
